Robert and Kimmie are exactly who you want on your team when buying a house. They're competent, prompt, and communicate well. They know the business, and it shows. They walked us through each step of the process, giving us a clear idea of what to expect. They answered our questions quickly and never left us hanging. Real estate transactions require a lot of coordination between many parties, but we never had to worry about whether something would get done. Rob was able to create a customized finance plan using a couple of separate sources of our equity that would allow me and my wife to purchase a 2nd home.
